It is not necessary to create an account on the website to make purchases.

If the user wishes to create an account, they must provide accurate information and keep their personal and contact details up to date.

4. Account

The account allows you to:

• Make online purchases.

The account can be canceled at any time from the user panel.

5. Product purchase

The publication of products on the site constitutes an invitation to purchase, but does not represent automatic acceptance of the order.

Fabletics Guatemala reserves the right to cancel orders due to inventory errors, incorrect prices, or suspicious activity.

6. Prices and payments

All prices published on the site are expressed in Quetzales (Q) and include applicable taxes.

7. Shipping in Guatemala

We ship throughout the territory of Guatemala.

Once the order is shipped, the user will receive an email with the corresponding tracking number.

8. Exchanges and returns

We want you to have an excellent shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept exchanges and returns within 15 calendar days of the date you received your order.

Items must:

• Be unused.
• Retain original tags.
• Include original packaging.
• Show no damage.

Products on sale or clearance are eligible for exchange and/or return only if they have manufacturing defects.

9. Warranties

Consumers have the guarantees established by applicable laws in Guatemala.

If a product has manufacturing defects, the user may request an evaluation and the corresponding warranty.

10. Intellectual property

All content on fabletics.com.gt, including images, texts, logos, and designs, is protected by intellectual property rights.

Its reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.

Grupo Disresa Guatemala may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Guatemala.

Any dispute will be resolved in accordance with Guatemalan legislation.
